These terms govern your use of ONTI, a shared timeline planner for events, trips, and occasions. By creating an account or using ONTI, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
ONTI is currently operated on a pre-incorporation basis while formal company registration is in progress — this page will be updated with the registered company name, number, and address once that's complete. In the meantime, you can reach us via Contact Us.
You need to be at least 16 years old to create an ONTI account. By creating one, you confirm the details you give us (like your email) are accurate.
ONTI is free to build one timeline, with no publishing, sharing, or export. Standard and Professional unlock publishing, sharing, and export — see Pricing for current plans and prices.
You own what you put into your timelines — the people, events, places, images, and notes you add. You grant us the license we need to store, process, and display that content in order to run the service (e.g. rendering your timeline, generating a shared view or export, or sending a notification you asked for). We don't use your timeline content for anything else, and we don't sell it.
If you publish or share a timeline, anyone with the link can see what that view contains — sharing is your decision, and you're responsible for who you share it with.
You agree not to:
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
ONTI is an early-stage, actively-developed product. Features may change, and while we take reasonable care with your data (see our Privacy Policy), we can't yet guarantee uptime or backward compatibility the way a mature, long-established product would. Please don't rely on ONTI as your only copy of information critical to an event.
The ONTI name, branding, design, and underlying software are ours (or our licensors'). Nothing in these terms transfers that to you — you're licensed to use the service, not to copy or repurpose it.
ONTI is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or £0 if you're on the Free plan). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
We may update these terms as ONTI evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where practical, let signed-in users know. Continuing to use ONTI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
